big thanks to the farms that inspire us. without farmers who care about how animals are raised, produce and seeds are grown, and the soil is cared for, there is no good food, or coffee. every dish on this menu was inspired by the food they grow and/or raise, except for avocado toast, but it is still delicious. if you care, we love to talk about what is and what is not from our state and the farms we work with. thanks for the support.
