This Yellow Catuai peaberry is grown between 1000 and 1300 MASL in the centrally located Cerrado region of Brazil, a vast tropical savannah ecoregion.

It is naturally fermented and has tasting notes of fruit punch, red apple, and cacao. Our roast profile on this coffee makes it reminiscent of a naturally fermented Ethiopian, and less like what you’d expect from a Brazilian coffee.

It comes to us farm-direct in partnership with Bruno, a farmer in Patrocínio, a municipality in the Cerrado region. Bruno supplies us with his coffee as well as coffee from neighboring farmers.
